Esmalglass-Itaca increases the performance of the pigmented inks with the new Esmalglass-Itaca HCR inkjet inks, which have 3 new colours, Yellow, Blue and Beige, much more intense, increasing the color range, the printing quality and getting more uniform tones and gradations.

The complete set consists of 6 colours: yellow, beige, pink, blue, brown and black, providing a complete color range that perfectly reproduces any material type. The pink ink, with a high intensity, pigmented and without gold, compared to the golden magenta inks, significantly reduces the production costs without affecting the chromatic range.

This set of inks brings a new concerning to the ceramics digital printing, both in chromatic range as in printing quality, which represents a major advance in pigmented inks.

The HCR Esmalglass-Itaca inks offer many advantages providing a greater color intensity, excellent chromatic reproduction, smoothness compared to other technologies and great physical and chemical stability, necessary for industrial processes of single-pass injection.

The color intensity of our inks results in a greater brightness and darkness, a part of a reduction in inks consumption, helping to produce the same designs with fewer inks.

The inks allow to print in either Binary or gray scale mode. Ii is possible to obtain very dark tones or bright colours with homogeneous digital mixtures with a imperceptible pixilated.

The HCR Esmaglass-Itaca inkjet inks have been validated and tested by all manufacturers of machinery and injection heads present in the ceramic industry.
