Esmalglass - Itaca Group

Together with this generation of inks, a complete family of glazes has been developed that enhance the color performance of digital inks, the HCP (High Chromatic Performance) Esmalglass-Itaca glazes.

This family of glazes is designed to increase not only the color intensity but also the color range of digital inks, increasing the benefits of the digital decoration. On the one hand by increasing the intensity of the digital inks with the HCP glazes, we can reduce the amount of ink needed to reach the same tone in the final piece, significantly reducing the manufacturing costs per unit. On the other hand, we managed to expand the color range of inks and thus the one in our final developments, thanks to the fact of being able to turn the general tone of the piece to where we want, for example getting more intense reddish brown, neutral blacks, vivid yellows, intense pinks, etc. This development ensures maximum reliability and performance of the color inks in any manufacturing software.
